β’ Oversee a portfolio of diverse, global customers with complex needs.

β’ 3-5 years of experience in a customer success position.

β’ Skilled in analyzing intricate data sets.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
