β€’ 3-5 years of experience in a customer success position.

β€’ Demonstrated success in managing and nurturing customer relationships.

β€’ Strong background in project management or consulting.

β€’ Extensive knowledge and experience with revenue management and/or contract management software solutions.

β€’ Skilled in analyzing intricate data sets.

β€’ Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

β€’ Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
