This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Cultivate customer relationships for a prominent educational video platform while collaborating with a dynamic, high-achieving, and friendly team.
β’ Manage a portfolio of schools as the main point of contact, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders to encourage trust and teamwork.
β’ Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to inform customers about product features and best practices, ensuring they are equipped with the tools necessary for success.
β’ Optimize usage within schools by utilizing data and monitoring engagement metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement or risk.
β’ Ensure successful subscription renewals by proactively creating account plans that cater to client needs and identify growth opportunities.
β’ Collect customer feedback to communicate with product development teams, driving ongoing improvements in the product and its offerings.
β’ Provide regular updates on customer success metrics, progress, and insights to the management team through OKR targets.
β’ Collaborate closely with Customer Success and technical teams to address customer inquiries, escalate and resolve product-related issues, and deliver timely support to enhance the customer experience.
β’ Proven experience in a similar Account Manager or customer success role is highly valued.
β’ A background in Teaching, Education, or EdTech is preferred.
β’ Comfortable working towards revenue targets with the established customer base.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with customers.
β’ A problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
β’ Capable of managing multiple priorities while working independently.
β’ Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of the customer journey.
