This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the post-sale customer relationship: serve as a strategic partner, advisor, and advocate for your accounts.
• Enhance product adoption, user engagement, and deliver business value throughout your portfolio.
• Proactively oversee customer health and develop action plans to reduce churn risk.
• Work closely with Account Managers to facilitate renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
• Inform customers about new features, product and roadmap updates, and best practices to assist them in achieving their objectives.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success within a B2B SaaS setting.
• Experience with segmented customers, including longtail or digital-first success models.
• Knowledge of Customer Success software (e.g., ChurnZero, Gainsight, Totango) is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
