Customer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Retain and grow Autodesk's construction portfolio clientele.

• Define customer outcomes and create as well as oversee Customer Success Plans.

• Facilitate the onboarding of new construction clients and expedite their journey to value.

• Manage various tasks, topics, and customer requirements effectively.

• Spot opportunities for enhancing solution adoption and advise on post-purchase best practices.

• Ensure customer retention, coordinate renewals with the sales team, and identify avenues for expansion.

• Conduct regular check-in calls, executive business reviews, webinars, and mentoring sessions.

• Monitor account health, recognize churn risks, and take measures to mitigate those risks.

• Promote product usage and foster adoption of Autodesk Construction Cloud.

• Cultivate trusted-advisor relationships and advocate for customer needs within Autodesk.

• Suggest and establish scalable processes.

• Serve as an Autodesk Construction ambassador and enhance awareness of construction services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing, B2B position.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

• Background in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing capacity.

• Fully remote position with travel anticipated up to 35%.

• A strong desire to learn about the construction industry.

• Capability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.

• Methodical and organized approach to tasks.

• Proven track record of achievements and a strong drive for success.

• Familiarity with AEC workflows and knowledge of BIM solutions related to Construction.

• Prior experience in the Construction Industry.
