This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with agency clients, offering continuous support, strategic insights, and regular in-person interactions.
• Clearly communicate Adelaide’s value proposition and suggest enhancements based on data-driven insights.
• Promote the adoption of Adelaide's AU metric among brands, agencies, and media partners.
• Work closely with the Sales team to strengthen client relationships and broaden the portfolio.
• Collaborate with the Analytics team to provide impactful reports, including tailored analyses aligned with client goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact across all partner interactions, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for clients throughout their engagement with Adelaide.
• Coordinate with the Technical Account Management team to ensure efficient campaign setup.
• Assist AdOps in facilitating the smooth implementation and execution of campaigns.
• Over 4 years of experience in digital media, adtech, or advertising.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• A commercial mindset with a proven history of retaining and growing client relationships.
• Experience with verification/viewability partners, ad-serving platforms (CM360, Innovid, Extreme Reach, etc.), SSPs (Pubmatic, Index Exchange, Magnite, etc.), and DSPs (DV360, TTD, etc.).
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• An innovative mindset, consistently seeking new ideas to enhance processes and approaches, unafraid to propose and implement changes.
