This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
• Oversee and cultivate relationships with key clients, delivering continuous support and strategic insights.
• Clearly communicate Adelaide’s value proposition and suggest enhancements based on data-driven insights.
• Promote the adoption of Adelaide's AU metric across various brands, agencies, and media partners.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to enhance client relationships and broaden the portfolio.
• Work in conjunction with the Analytics team to produce meaningful reports and tailor analyses that align with client goals.
• Serve as a product expert, guiding clients through Adelaide’s measurement data and insights.
• Coordinate with the Technical Account Management team to guarantee a seamless campaign setup.
• Assist ad operations to ensure smooth implementation and execution of campaigns.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or advertising.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with verification/viewability partners, ad-serving platforms (CM360, Innovid, Extreme Reach, etc.), and DSPs (DV360, TTD, etc.).
• Demonstrated success in managing strategic accounts, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
