• Establish robust, multithreaded relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Conduct executive business reviews and develop customized success plans.
• Enhance platform adoption and customer engagement through strategic guidance.
• Monitor usage patterns, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to facilitate renewal and growth initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Support, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Gather customer feedback and champion improvements in platform and processes.
• Cultivate customer advocacy by delivering exceptional experiences.
• Minimum of 3 years in Customer Success with Enterprise clients (preferably in HR tech, SaaS, or similar fields) - experience solely in SMB or mid-market environments will not suffice.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts with varied organizational structures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; quick to adapt to new technologies.
• Experience with Salesforce, Pendo, and Gong is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced remote setting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Confident in presenting to and influencing VP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and highly self-driven.
