Customer Success Manager, Advertising – Retail Search

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete execution of retail media search advertising initiatives on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplaces.

• Grasp customer requirements and devise, organize, and manage all stages of collaborative success plans.

• Utilize CommerceIQ's offerings to assist customers in fulfilling their needs.

• Propel client KPIs while consistently demonstrating the value of CommerceIQ's platform throughout the partnership.

• Evaluate campaign performance metrics to discover trends, insights, and actionable recommendations.

• Act as a subject matter expert on the CommerceIQ platform.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other internal teams to effectively leverage platform capabilities.

• Work alongside internal teams to influence the development of new features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional work experience.

• At least 3 years of experience managing media and advertising engagements with clients in a consulting or agency capacity.

• Proven experience handling Ecommerce marketing budgets specifically on Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, and Instacart at reputable agencies for large enterprise brands.

• Experience managing Amazon search marketing budgets in the multi-million dollar range.

• Strong skills in bid and budget management, content optimization, and promotion planning.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

• Experience in project management with the capability to foresee and mitigate risks.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with VP, SVP, and C-level executives of large enterprise companies.

• Outstanding oral and written communication and presentation abilities.
