This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage publisher relationships comprehensively, starting from onboarding to fostering long-term growth and retention, serving as the primary accountable lead for the account’s success.
• Act as the key technical contact and strategic consultant for a range of premium and enterprise-level publisher accounts.
• Proactively track and evaluate publisher ad performance, pinpointing and executing technical enhancements to boost revenue growth.
• Conduct high-level analyses independently to identify the root causes of technical issues impacting ad delivery and performance.
• Collaborate with the Support and Yield teams when necessary for escalations.
• Communicate daily with internal teams, including Support, Yield, Audience Strategy, Business Development, and Product, to escalate intricate issues and represent publishers’ needs.
• Serve as an authority on Freestar’s product offerings and the overall programmatic ecosystem, delivering technical advice and best practices to clients.
• Inform publishers about new technologies and product features, while assisting in upselling technical solutions that correspond with their business objectives.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of each publisher's technical specifics, business KPIs, and long-term aims.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with the technical teams of our publishers, fostering trust through expert consultation and swift issue resolution.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated success in a Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Ad Ops role within the Ad Tech landscape.
• In-depth, practical knowledge of Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics.
• Comprehensive understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including header bidding (Prebid.js), wrapper solutions, and ad serving principles.
• Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with experience using browser developer tools for high-level debugging and issue identification.
• Proficiency with CRM, project management, and support tools (e.g., HubSpot, Jira, Zendesk, Trello).
• Advanced Excel capabilities (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) and experience in interpreting complex performance dashboards.
