Customer Success Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with current pilot participants to ensure their success.

• Transform pilot discussions into organized insights for the product roadmap.

• Manage the external representation of Branch Concept across multiple platforms.

• Identify and onboard the next group of pilot users.

• Work alongside leadership on pricing, packaging, and sales strategies as we prepare for general availability.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in product marketing, customer success, or a closely related go-to-market role at an early-stage software company.

• Strong instincts in product marketing.

• Capability to convert technical content into accessible language for users.

• Excellent writing abilities.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and skilled at defining roles.

• Quick learner, eager to gain domain knowledge in the AEC sector.

• Background in AEC is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Any hands-on design or engineering experience is a plus.
