This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Serves as the main contact for the client concerning implementations, ongoing account management, and upsell opportunities.
• Responsible for fostering and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction with pharmaceutical clients and potentially authorized treatment centers (ATC).
• Represents the client within the McKesson enterprise.
• Establishes and nurtures robust relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at client organizations.
• Offers clients proactive consultative services aimed at process enhancements, revenue generation, and cost reduction opportunities.
• Tracks monthly performance against service level agreements and collaborates with business unit service lines to formulate corrective action plans if service levels are unmet.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience.
• More than 8 years of experience in specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Extensive experience in cell and gene therapy.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities in complex situations.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and resource management skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in account management, contract implementation, and customer service.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of Specialty Distribution or Specialty Pharmacy processes.
