• Collaborate with the Professional Services team to promote customer success.
• Keep precise forecasts of project pipelines and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) opportunities.
• 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Technical Consulting.
• Demonstrated success in managing SMBs at scale.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Revenue growth mindset with a background in identifying and securing expansion opportunities.
• Technical proficiency to thoroughly understand cybersecurity and compliance service lines.
• Outstanding communication skills coupled with empathy.
• Data-driven expertise with CRM reporting tools.
• Nice to Have: Experience in cybersecurity, governance, risk and compliance (GRC), privacy, or cloud security.
