• Convert Kobalt.io’s APAC clients into enduring strategic partners.

• Oversee customer success milestones to ensure high project renewal rates.

• Recognize opportunities for growth in Managed Compliance and Threat Detection.

• Establish a systematic approach for gathering feedback from customers.

• Collaborate with the Professional Services team to promote customer success.

• Keep precise forecasts of project pipelines and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Technical Consulting.

• Demonstrated success in managing SMBs at scale.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Revenue growth mindset with a background in identifying and securing expansion opportunities.

• Technical proficiency to thoroughly understand cybersecurity and compliance service lines.

• Outstanding communication skills coupled with empathy.

• Data-driven expertise with CRM reporting tools.

• Nice to Have: Experience in cybersecurity, governance, risk and compliance (GRC), privacy, or cloud security.
