This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Provide impactful training and exceptional client experiences.
• Facilitate engaging virtual training sessions to enhance client confidence and product knowledge.
• Support new clients during onboarding with a thoughtful and organized approach.
• Deliver webinars that showcase key features and relevant industry topics.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of client operations, objectives, and challenges.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by anticipating client needs and providing effective solutions.
• Ensure every interaction leaves clients feeling supported, empowered, and valued.
• Leverage your EMS expertise to effectively connect and communicate with clients.
• Convert real-world workflows into relevant software use cases.
• Collect feedback from clients and advocate for enhancements.
• Collaborate and contribute internally.
• Partner with internal teams to enhance training methodologies and client experiences.
• Utilize tools such as CRM and Jira to monitor progress, client engagement, and initiatives.
• Produce polished and engaging written content with a keen focus on tone, clarity, and storytelling.
• Maintain precise training records and client documentation.
• Represent Ninth Brain within the industry.
• Travel to 1-4 healthcare industry-specific conferences annually.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Emergency Medical Services (required).
• Preferred leadership or administrative experience (e.g., Field Supervisor, Operations Manager, Educator).
• Strong skills in presentation, communication, and relationship-building.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in training, customer service, or client-facing roles (2+ years preferred).
• Ability to confidently engage with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, CRM systems, and task management software.
• Exceptional written communication and creative writing skills, capable of simplifying complex topics.
• Willingness to travel for conferences and industry events (1–4 per year).
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities in a remote setting.
• Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have): Experience with software demonstrations or SaaS platforms, familiarity with CRM analytics and reporting, experience managing webinars or virtual learning environments, and a background in process improvement or training development.
