This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Function as a dedicated strategic advisor for a select, high-impact portfolio of clients.

• Facilitate quarterly Strategic Review meetings with each client to evaluate progress, align objectives, and uncover new opportunities.

• Create and maintain collaborative Success Plans that define customer goals, key milestones, and success indicators.

• Provide annual Budget Planning Documents to assist clients in obtaining internal funding and strategizing for future investments.

• Cultivate strong relationships through onsite visits, conference participation, and tradeshow involvement as necessary.

• Serve as the main contact for strategic clients, ensuring a smooth experience throughout onboarding, adoption, and renewal processes.

• Work collaboratively across teams, including Sales, Implementation, and Support, to resolve issues and deliver value.

• Examine customer usage data and engagement metrics to guide proactive outreach and strategic guidance.

• Track customer health and implement strategies to mitigate churn risks.

• Recognize and foster expansion opportunities through consultative discussions and strategic planning.

• Collaborate with Sales to jointly develop account growth strategies and support upselling/cross-selling efforts.

• Deliver customized value propositions to executive stakeholders.

• Advocate for the customer’s voice internally, promoting product enhancements and service improvements.

• Keep precise and current records in CRM and customer success platforms.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting, ideally with strategic or enterprise clients.

• Demonstrated capability to manage executive relationships and lead strategic planning discussions.

• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and customer success tools.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings, conferences, and events.

• Knowledge of public sector organizations is a plus.
