This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.
β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships throughout the customer journey.
β’ Meet and/or surpass set revenue goals by retaining and renewing Cengage clients.
β’ Create and execute customized success plans that align with customer objectives and enhance product utilization.
β’ Offer proactive training and support that align with customer goals, best practices, and usage analytics.
β’ Represent customers during the resolution of critical issues, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
β’ Perform regular health assessments to evaluate value delivery and pinpoint growth opportunities.
β’ Examine customer data to identify risks, renewal obstacles, and upselling possibilities.
β’ Bachelor's degree is preferred.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in a Sales or Customer Success position.
β’ Background in Educational Technology or Higher Education is desirable.
β’ Capacity to swiftly learn and master new systems and applications.
β’ Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
β’ Strong analytical skills with the capability to convert data into actionable insights.
β’ Proficient in explaining technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner.
β’ Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time by air and road.
