Customer Success Coach – Client Onboarding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Ensure that each new eSkilled client is effectively onboarded and maximizes their use of the software.

• Conduct “How To” training webinars showcasing software features.

• Produce “How To” screen capture videos for educational tutorials.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on regular communications regarding features to be sent to clients.

• Support the Marketing Team in promoting new features.

• Identify clients who may be at risk of cancellation and provide assistance to help them succeed with the platform.

• Meet established KPIs for the retention of new clients.

• Partner with the support team to enhance client onboarding tools and tutorials.

• Work closely with the Account Manager and Support Team to ensure a seamless transition between new sales and support services.

• Advocate for paid services, such as course build/implementation services, to facilitate quicker client onboarding.

• Assist Account Managers with various time-sensitive campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least four years of experience as a Trainer.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Outstanding listening, coaching, and presentation abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication proficiency.

• Capability to conduct coaching sessions online using tools like Zoom and other platforms.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Team-oriented, energetic, and supportive of colleagues.

• Experience as a Trainer in a Registered Training Organization (RTO) is an advantage.

• Extensive knowledge of RTO policies, procedures, and operations is beneficial.

• A solid understanding of the Australian Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector is advantageous.

• In-depth knowledge and experience with AVETMISS is a plus.

• Experience with state-based reporting for funded contracts is advantageous.

• Familiarity with operating Student Management Systems is a plus.

• Experience managing a Moodle LMS with a comprehensive understanding of the platform is advantageous.
