This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee customer onboarding processes, which include NDAs, welcome packs, and necessary documentation.
• Ensure precise maintenance of customer and partner records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Assist in managing customer engagement initiatives and the “Road 2 Success” program.
• Facilitate customer communications and ensure timely follow-up actions.
• Keep customer documentation and records updated and compliant.
• Administer and uphold the integrity of data within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Generate dashboards, reports, and operational insights utilizing Power BI.
• Track customer success metrics and operational KPIs effectively.
• Contribute to process enhancements through data analysis and reporting.
• Aid in the onboarding processes for suppliers and contractors.
• Maintain documentation for suppliers and ensure compliance records are up to date.
• Coordinate and support supplier audits efficiently.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage contract documentation.
• Complete client security questionnaires along with supporting documents.
• Oversee document control processes for both operational and customer-facing documentation.
• Support activities related to document classification and information governance.
• Maintain comprehensive records and forms for customer, partner, and supplier onboarding.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to internal policies and compliance standards.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Extensive experience in Power BI reporting and dashboard development.
• Exceptional organizational and administrative abilities.
• High level of attention to detail and adeptness in document management.
• Experience in managing customer onboarding or customer success administration.
• Capability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Understanding of supplier management or procurement processes (Desirable).
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, security questionnaires, or compliance-related documentation (Desirable).
• Experience in document classification and information governance processes (Desirable).
