This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a remarkable experience.
• Oversee the customer journey, fostering engagement and continuous growth.
• Conduct strategic follow-up meetings and deliver presentations on results.
• Recognize churn risks and implement proactive measures to enhance retention.
• Create opportunities for contract renewals, expansions, and upselling.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the operations team, ensuring alignment and responsiveness.
• Track metrics such as Churn, NPS, MRR, retention, renewals, and customer satisfaction.
• Document and organize all information within the CRM system.
• Establish trusted relationships, becoming the primary contact for clients.
• Proven experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Client Relationship roles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, analytical, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Comfortable leading meetings and collaborating with a diverse range of client profiles.
• Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Kommo, RD Station, Pipedrive, or similar) is advantageous.
• Active CNPJ (contracting under the PJ/company model) is required.
