This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Address customer inquiries through chat or email
• Deliver precise information regarding services and policies
• Resolve standard issues such as subscription status updates, refund requests, and billing questions
• Forward complex cases to higher-level support as needed
• Adhere to clear instructions provided by the leadership team when assisting customers
• Show empathy towards customers’ needs while maintaining an understanding of the business’s financial goals
• Gather and relay feedback to external teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled
• Experience in customer service or a similar role
• Exhibit a passion for and comprehension of the URBN brands, customers, and products
• Must have reliable access to a stable internet connection
