Customer Success Associate, Part-Time, Weekends

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Provide first-line Tier 1 customer support

• Address customer questions through chat or email

• Offer precise information regarding services and policies

• Resolve standard issues such as subscription status updates, refund requests, and billing inquiries

• Elevate complex cases to higher-level support as needed

• Adhere to leadership guidance while assisting customers

• Engage with new and prospective customers, guiding them throughout the shopping journey

• Respond to inquiries related to orders

• Gather and relay customer feedback to external teams

• Report directly to the Customer Success Supervisor

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in customer service or a similar position

• Strong interest in and understanding of the URBN brands, customers, and products

• Reliable and stable internet connection

• Availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am to 5pm EST
