Customer Success Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to clients and partners throughout the subscription lifecycle, from initial purchase to renewal.

• Manage sales support, quote management, and order processing to enhance revenue growth and client retention.

• Support clients and partners with their administrative requirements during the subscription lifecycle.

• Oversee a portfolio of renewal opportunities and prepare sales-ready proposals before subscription expiration.

• Implement and supervise the automatic renewal process.

• Address inbound client inquiries via calls and emails, ensuring timely follow-up.

• Ensure all orders are efficiently processed and fulfilled.

• Send quotes promptly, clearly communicating upgrade and cross-sell options.

• Leverage extensive product knowledge and resources to inform clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

• Maintain all account data, accurately document client interactions, and keep records current in Salesforce.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional business-to-business customer support or inside sales experience is strongly preferred.

• At least 1 year of IT Channel experience is preferred, though not essential.

• Exceptional in-person communication skills, combined with a strong customer-centric approach.

• Strong proactive customer service abilities and effective issue resolution skills.

• Capability to work independently.

• Detail-oriented, highly organized, punctual, with a proven track record in managing multiple administrative tasks.

• Proficient in Google Workspace and Salesforce, with Salesforce experience being highly desirable.
