This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for new users at customer locations, ensuring a seamless integration of the Voxel platform.

• Oversee a portfolio of existing sites, fostering strong relationships and promoting continuous engagement with the platform.

• Manage comprehensive customer relationships for a selection of mid-market accounts, encompassing onboarding, regular check-ins, renewals, and handling escalations.

• Collaborate closely with senior Customer Success Managers (CSMs) on larger enterprise accounts, assisting with deployment coordination, stakeholder communication, and health monitoring.

• Track customer health indicators and proactively identify risks or opportunities to share with the broader Customer Success team.

• Act as a product expert by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and connecting customers with appropriate internal resources.

• Keep precise records of customer interactions, site statuses, and account health within internal systems.

• Assist in creating onboarding materials, training guides, and documentation of best practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, customer support, or a client-facing position.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—adept at leading training sessions and establishing relationships with various stakeholders.

• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities concurrently.

• A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills, humility, and a willingness to engage hands-on.

• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing processes and tools.

• Nice to Have: Experience with enterprise or mid-market B2B SaaS products, familiarity with customer success platforms (such as Gainsight, Salesforce, ChurnZero, etc.), background in or exposure to warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial settings, and experience in delivering software training or overseeing onboarding programs.
