This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer expertise in the industry and platform to assist customers in gaining valuable insights from our product.
• Guide customers on best practices to maximize value and return on investment from the platform.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to formulate growth strategies for your portfolio and work alongside them to ensure successful renewals and expansions.
• Enable customers to align their objectives and challenges with Sendoso’s services.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations to foster adoption, guarantee renewals, and create new revenue streams.
• Develop tailored success plans that expedite adoption and provide a roadmap for customers to achieve their desired outcomes with Sendoso.
• Take responsibility for new accounts and oversee their onboarding process alongside the Onboarding Team.
• Utilize data to create communication strategies that yield the most significant impact at scale.
• Conduct online webinars, consultations, and personalized demonstrations to educate customers on our product's features.
• Manage the customer journey using both internal and external resources as necessary.
• Implement a high-touch approach with customers to ensure they are fully leveraging the capabilities of Sendoso’s platform.
• Develop, manage, and execute client success and engagement strategies.
• Use Customer Success technology tools (PlanHat, Salesforce, Tableau, etc.) to assess customer health and implement strategies to reduce risk and churn.
• 1-2 years of experience in a B2B SaaS setting, with a preference for those with Martech industry experience.
• Capability to interact and collaborate with key stakeholders in customer organizations at the Champion and decision-making levels.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals across all levels.
• Proven history of achieving or surpassing performance and retention objectives.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Project management experience is advantageous.
