• Propel the adoption, renewal, and utilization of Dataminr products among customers in the EMEA region.
• Develop strategies to stimulate account growth within Private Sector clientele.
• Create and execute scalable initiatives that effectively embed Pulse into customer workflows.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships within your account portfolio through capability briefings, product demonstrations, training sessions, and regular check-ins.
• Act as a Cyber platform authority, ensuring customer interactions align with organizational objectives and yield favorable results.
• Gather client feedback and convey suggestions for Cyber Defence product enhancements to engineering and product teams.
• Utilize data-driven metrics and reporting to identify and preempt risks and opportunities that may affect retention and growth.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS customer success/account management supporting corporate accounts.
• Familiarity and/or experience with publicly available information and the real-time alerting requirements of Private Sector organizations.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical customers.
• High level of accountability with the capability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in additional European languages would be a plus.
