This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Serves as the product Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing assistance to customers with their inquiries and technical needs, developing scripts, troubleshooting issues, offering training, and addressing various technical requests.
• Collaborates with product and engineering teams to ensure customers and partners maximize the value of our products.
• Translates the technical expertise of the team into articles and guides for customer consumption, enabling scalable customer support.
• Over 5 years of experience in Security Operations or Engineering within SIEM, SOAR, SOC, and/or XDR/EDR environments.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, service providers (such as GCP, AWS, Azure), and applicable use cases.
• Solid understanding of enterprise security and IT products, systems, and workflows.
• Experience in Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python and/or JavaScript.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while managing multiple tasks under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong aptitude for building and maintaining relationships with customers.
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles is essential.
