This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with clients to convert pre-sales command plans into actionable goals.
• Advise customers on the effective utilization of the GitLab platform.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Develop and uphold Customer Success Plans.
• Serve as the main GitLab contact for designated accounts.
• Deliver hands-on onboarding and technical training.
• Oversee account escalations as part of program management.
• Work in conjunction with Services and internal teams.
• Solid understanding of Git.
• Familiarity with continuous integration, continuous deployment, and DevSecOps methodologies.
• Proven experience collaborating with clients to establish business objectives.
• Experience in customer success, post-sales, or professional services roles.
• Capability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Proficiency in addressing escalations within technical settings.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to leverage transferable skills from related positions.
