Customer Success and Operations Analyst – CS Ops & Onboarding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Facilitate alignment meetings, assist clients with system setup, and oversee solution implementation.

• Serve as a strategic support liaison for clients, ensuring clarity, guidance, engagement, and ongoing utilization of the solutions.

• Validate information by cross-referencing data from various systems, including CRM, chat, and internal platforms, to identify process gaps and aid decision-making.

• Develop objective, visual, data-driven reports, clearly distinguishing between metrics, facts, and analyses.

• Produce, review, and maintain guides, tutorials, FAQs, explanatory videos, and other educational resources for clients.

• Record activities, update statuses, organize deliverables, and ensure traceability of requests in tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.

• Address inquiries, guide users, manage sensitive situations, and simplify technical topics into clear, accessible language.

• Organize files, records, materials, and documentation within tools such as Google Drive, Jira, and internal systems.

• Proven experience in Customer Success, CS Ops, onboarding, B2B support, or related fields;

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities;

• Strong organizational skills, discipline, and self-management;

• Familiarity with CRM systems, task management tools, and spreadsheets;

• Capability to explain processes in a clear and instructional manner;

• Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with a keen attention to client relationships.
