This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• Conduct outbound calls to a designated segment of the agency's book of business to provide assistance or modify policies.
• Ensure the completion of rewritten business transactions.
• Address customer inquiries related to Medicare Supplement and Advantage plans.
• Investigate and resolve payment issues for policyholders.
• Utilize multiple systems while handling consumer calls.
• Execute case management tasks in Salesforce, including the creation, documentation, and closure of cases.
• Promote ancillary products to existing clients through cross-selling.
• Identify and pursue new business and sales opportunities.
• Achieve departmental goals and key performance indicators, including monthly occupancy rates.
• Participate in scheduled and impromptu team meetings and training sessions, contributing actively.
• Provide a consistently exceptional customer experience through a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
• Perform additional assigned duties and responsibilities as required.
• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least one (1) year of experience in pre-sales or customer service.
• Previous experience in the Medicare health insurance sector is preferred.
• A strong passion and capability to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Flexibility to adapt to new technologies.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced team environment while managing and prioritizing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Reliable hard-wired, high-speed internet connection with an Ethernet port.
• Required internet speed of at least 30+ Mbps for downloads and 10+ Mbps for uploads.
• Cell phone system that has been updated within the past two years for system access.
• Designated workspace compliant with HIPAA regulations.
• A private, quiet work area suitable for a desktop computer with multiple monitors.
• Ability to focus entirely on Spring Venture Group responsibilities during scheduled work hours.
• Capability to operate in accordance with security policies and standards.
• Ability to report security incidents as necessary.
• Completion of assigned training programs.
