This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Advising our clients on any inquiries related to our websites.
• Responding promptly and efficiently to customer requests.
• Addressing all customer concerns with the aim of ensuring customer loyalty.
• Marketing our websites to customers when opportunities arise.
• Upholding a high standard of service quality.
• You are proficient in English (knowledge of Japanese, Spanish, or Chinese is a plus).
• You have experience dealing with international clients.
• You possess fast typing abilities in English.
• You are a quick learner and can assimilate large amounts of information.
• You are capable of psychologically analyzing individuals and are attuned to their emotions.
• You can effectively navigate challenging situations and adjust to changing circumstances.
• You can devise and implement professional solutions for complex cases.
• You are resilient under stress, energetic, and always ready to take initiative.
• You have a positive attitude and believe that ‘everything is possible.’
• You can deliver exceptional quality service.
