This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Manage customer success and support operations, collaborating closely with our product, sales, and engineering teams.
β’ Document and automate customer operation processes wherever feasible.
β’ Provide customer support: Act as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and dashboard.
β’ Troubleshoot account issues, assist customers during onboarding, and resolve inquiries promptly.
β’ Evaluate new customer onboarding applications.
β’ Create FAQs and internal playbooks to enhance our customer experience, making it quicker and more efficient.
β’ Handle incoming support tickets and calls with professionalism and empathy.
β’ A minimum of 2 years in financial services, customer support/success, or sales/BDR experience is preferred.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Comfortable managing sensitive information and demonstrating discretion.
β’ Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
β’ Experience with Intercom, Pylon, or similar tools is a plus, but not mandatory.
β’ Familiarity with AML, KYB/KYC, or transaction monitoring is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
β’ Availability to work Day Shift - PST or EST hours (9am-6pm).
