This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Ensure that customers fully leverage the value of Motorola Solutions’ hybrid-cloud portfolio.
• Manage a designated portfolio of customers within a specific region.
• Interact with end users and key stakeholders to guarantee successful onboarding and configuration.
• Develop and sustain strong, trusted relationships with operational leadership and end users throughout the customer portfolio.
• Monitor account health and proactively identify risks to adoption and retention.
• Work closely with Sales, Deployment, Product Activation, and Support teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
• High School diploma, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Public Safety, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Account Management, Support, or a similar customer-facing role, with experience in SaaS, cloud, or mission-critical technology products.
