This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
• Handle incoming calls: Manage inbound sales and service inquiries—no need for cold calling! Concentrate on assisting customers and improving their experience.
• Provide insightful consultations: Offer considerate guidance to ensure customers receive maximum value from their contact lens purchases with every interaction.
• Stay engaged: Actively communicate with your manager and team through one-on-ones, team meetings, and chats, ensuring success in a remote work setting.
• Deliver outstanding service: Provide exceptional customer support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Remain composed, focused, and consistently exceed expectations.
• Resolve issues efficiently: Quickly identify and address customer concerns, empowering yourself to make on-the-spot decisions for a positive experience.
• Achieve your goals: Maintain high-performance metrics, including revenue per call, quality, availability, and reliability—always aiming for excellence.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Experience in inbound sales and contact centers is a plus!
• A goal-oriented mindset, consistently aiming to excel in metrics and share our exceptional products with customers
• A cheerful, personable demeanor that enjoys connecting with customers in unique and engaging ways
• A reliable internet connection with speeds of at least 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload, or better
• Proficient computer skills, with the ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm
• A private, dedicated workspace that is free from interruptions or distractions, ensuring confidentiality
• A positive, motivated, and solution-focused attitude
• Must have permanent residence in approved states: North Carolina, Texas, and Utah
