This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +6 more states.
β’ Respond to a high volume of incoming calls from potential clients, averaging 80β100 calls per day with each call lasting about 5 minutes.
β’ Provide outstanding customer service and assistance to both prospective and current GreenPath clients.
β’ Accurately enter and update client information, paying close attention to detail.
β’ Arrange appointments for potential clients with Financial Counselors.
β’ Manage incoming calls from existing clients and creditors, directing them to the appropriate parties.
β’ Conduct a professional intake and evaluation of client complaints.
β’ Uphold strict confidentiality concerning client financial details.
β’ Carry out job responsibilities primarily while seated and utilizing standard office equipment (phone and computer).
β’ Proficient typing speed of 40 WPM with an accuracy rate of 80%.
β’ Strong customer service abilities, preferably in a high-paced environment.
β’ Demonstrated professionalism and empathy when dealing with clients facing financial challenges.
β’ Excellent communication skills β clear, polite, and effective.
β’ Capability to adhere to structured workflows and achieve performance targets.
β’ U.S. Citizenship is required due to contract stipulations.
