This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develops and sustains robust, account-specific operational processes and performance in collaboration with the customer.

• Executes responsibilities on-site with the customer, promptly responding to their information and requests.

• Oversees and ensures adherence to all contractual terms and conditions.

• Collaborates with off-site teams to guarantee that accurate and consistent information is accessible for the customer.

• Serves as the intermediary between the Hospital and division department heads to facilitate seamless conversions.

• Drives conversions and manages data effectively.

• Delivers sales analytics and daily reporting, which includes updates on stock part number changes, contract compliance, new quotes, maintaining substitution lists, shipping details, customer setup, etc.

• Conducts sales analysis for both customers and sales teams.

• Supports the strategic initiatives of the territory sales leader by promoting proprietary products to existing and prospective customers.

• Manages pricing strategies, including sharing pricing details and addressing any pricing concerns with customers.

• Maintains critical product lists, reviews backorder notes with customers, discusses at-risk items, and devises action plans with the customer.

• Oversees product substitutions, including inventory monitoring, offering suggested substitute options to customers, and establishing customer-approved substitutions.

• Assesses usage spikes in collaboration with the customer.

• Reviews remaining allocations with customers and submits requests for additional allocations to PAS.

• Converts additional non-stocked products to stocked status.

• Sets up new accounts and ship-to information as needed.

• Manages reporting requirements, providing inventory reports on COI OH balances, customer contacts for necessary reporting and SF cases (OMM), and analyzing customer requests for custom reports.

• Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree

• A minimum of 2 years related experience (sales, customer service, customer relationship management, supply chain, hospital distribution, etc.)

• Alternatively, any equivalent combination of education and experience that satisfies the above criteria

• Proficient in technology, including email, internet, and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

• Strong capability to utilize multiple systems and various reporting software to integrate and synthesize information.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong influencing abilities

• Capacity to work independently

• Competence in facilitating problem-solving
