This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +14 more states.
• Effectively manage a significant volume of phone calls and email communications with clients and their families, providing them with updates and addressing their inquiries.
• Leverage internal systems to access pertinent information and deliver precise status updates.
• Skillfully multitask to ensure efficient resolution of client queries while upholding a high standard of professionalism.
• Prepare basic forms as necessary.
• Compose written correspondence to clients and the VA.
• Keep CCK's case management program files current with all client interactions, relevant correspondence, and information.
• Participate in training sessions as instructed by the supervisor.
• Support the training of new Client Advocate/Paralegals as required.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
• Experience in client services, customer support, or a similar field is advantageous.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and empathetic manner.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting professional phone conversations and communicating sensitive or confidential information.
• Capacity to make informed judgments and decisions.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Capability to successfully obtain and maintain a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card and required VA network access, which entails a government background check, is mandatory for this position.
