This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily client inquiries with assistance from senior team members.
• Keep precise client records and verify that patient balances are consistently accurate, involving transactional posting and balance updates.
• Deliver regular status updates to clients under the guidance of a supervisor.
• Assist senior liaisons in creating reports, presentations, or client communications.
• Recognize basic client needs and direct them to the appropriate internal team.
• Adhere to established processes and workflows, exercising limited decision-making authority.
• Conduct routine account reconciliations for assigned clients.
• Ensure prompt outreach on inquiries that require client approval.
• Maintain timely response rates to both client requests (via email or phone) and internal customer requests (via ticketing system).
• Handle assigned issues and projects to consistently meet deadlines.
• Provide assistance with issues or requests from internal departments.
• High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education is required.
• 2 to 3 years of clerical or customer service experience is preferred.
• Previous knowledge of healthcare billing or collections is a plus!
• Proficient in navigating a Windows-based environment.
• Strong experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate a clear, professional, and ethical communication style.
• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently.
• Skilled in prioritizing, organizing, and managing multiple assignments in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Must be a quick learner who can troubleshoot and be trained to use various computer-based systems simultaneously.
