This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Handle all incoming inquiries related to enrollment, claims, billing, and eligibility.
• Review all applications meticulously and pinpoint areas where clarification is necessary.
• Accountable for addressing escalated matters, including urgent enrollments and intricate claims.
• Offer clients the essential information and guidance to aid in their insurance choices.
• Mentor and coach all members of the Client Advocate Center team.
• A minimum of three years of customer service experience in a broker or insurance carrier environment is essential.
• In-depth understanding of medical insurance and the capability to convey information effectively to customers.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with computer operations.
• Possess professional phone etiquette and a friendly demeanor.
• Must maintain a positive outlook along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
