This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
β’ Cultivate robust customer relationships through proactive outreach and engagement to ensure alignment between product capabilities and customer goals.
β’ Develop and implement advanced onboarding and adoption strategies aimed at enhancing customer value and maximizing product utilization.
β’ Identify and engage with at-risk accounts by leveraging strong discovery and consultative skills to mitigate risks and guide them back to success.
β’ Collaborate across various functions including Sales, Channel Partners, Support, and Services to achieve customer milestones.
β’ Provide a high-quality experience that fosters greater customer satisfaction and loyalty.
β’ Discover and act on opportunities to broaden customer relationships through value exploration and strategic discussions.
β’ 4β7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
β’ A proven history of working independently while driving measurable results.
β’ Demonstrated experience in navigating complex, cross-functional collaborations with both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
β’ Background in SaaS, cloud-based software, or subscription business models.
β’ Knowledge of Autodesk customer industries, including AEC, MFG, and M&E.
