• Cultivate robust customer relationships through proactive outreach and engagement to ensure alignment between product capabilities and customer goals.
• Develop and implement advanced onboarding and adoption strategies aimed at enhancing customer value and maximizing product utilization.
• Identify and engage with at-risk accounts by leveraging strong discovery and consultative skills to mitigate risks and guide them back to success.
• Collaborate across various functions including Sales, Channel Partners, Support, and Services to achieve customer milestones.
• Provide a high-quality experience that fosters greater customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Discover and act on opportunities to broaden customer relationships through value exploration and strategic discussions.
• 4–7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• A proven history of working independently while driving measurable results.
• Demonstrated experience in navigating complex, cross-functional collaborations with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
• Background in SaaS, cloud-based software, or subscription business models.
• Knowledge of Autodesk customer industries, including AEC, MFG, and M&E.
