• Foster strong relationships with customers through proactive outreach and engagement to align product capabilities with their goals.
• Design and implement advanced onboarding and adoption strategies to enhance customer value and increase product utilization.
• Identify and engage at-risk accounts by leveraging strong discovery and consultative skills to mitigate risks and guide them back to success.
• Work collaboratively across departments with Sales, Channel Partners, Support, and Services to achieve customer milestones.
• Provide a high-quality experience that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Discover and pursue opportunities to strengthen customer relationships through value discovery and strategic discussions.
• 4–7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while achieving measurable results.
• Experience in navigating complex, cross-functional collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with SaaS, cloud-based software, or subscription business models.
• Knowledge of Autodesk customer industries, including AEC, MFG, and M&E.
