• Take ownership of and manage a portfolio of partner renewal contracts within your designated territory, ensuring outcomes are timely and predictable.
• Utilize win/win negotiation techniques that safeguard customer trust while enhancing contract value.
• Maintain a clear and precise rolling forecast of channel renewal prospects.
• Identify and proactively address financial attrition through data-driven insights and customer engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with External channels, Account Executives, and Customer Success Managers to recognize and qualify expansion opportunities during the renewal process.
• Contribute to account strategies by offering insights into customer trends, competitive dynamics, and challenges in adoption.
• Work cross-functionally with teams such as Pricing, Legal, RevOps, and Product Management to ensure successful renewals and alignment with company objectives.
• Guarantee accuracy in CRM, maintain data hygiene, and uphold forecasting discipline across all opportunities.
• Utilize customer data and usage insights to evaluate renewal health and prioritize necessary actions.
• Adhere to internal best practices for opportunity management, quoting, and reporting.
• Over 2 years of experience in Customer Success and Partnerships within a SaaS environment.
• Proven experience in quota-carrying or target-driven roles with a track record of consistently meeting KPIs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong negotiation abilities and effective customer communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in supporting renewal or adoption cycles for mid-market or enterprise customers.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, or other CRM and success management tools.
• Ability to convert data and insights into actionable renewal strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills, prioritization capabilities, and execution discipline.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish.
