• Act as the main liaison for designated customer accounts
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with executive sponsors, business stakeholders, and end users
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of client business objectives, operational hurdles, and success metrics
• Conduct regular customer interactions, strategic evaluations, and account health assessments
• Serve as a customer advocate within the organization to ensure alignment across delivery, support, sales, and leadership teams
• Promote customer adoption, engagement, and the realization of long-term value
• Monitor account health indicators such as utilization, adoption, satisfaction, and risk signals
• Create success plans and remediation strategies for accounts identified as at-risk
• Oversee onboarding, training, and customer enablement initiatives
• Ensure prompt resolution and escalation of customer issues when necessary
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and enhanced services
• Assist with contract renewals and commercial negotiations
• Maintain accurate account forecasts, pipeline visibility, and documentation of customer engagement
• Track and report on customer KPIs, project status, and satisfaction metrics
• Prepare executive-level presentations, QBRs, and account summaries
• Collaborate across departments to enhance customer experience and delivery consistency
• Over 8 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Professional Services, or similar client-facing roles
• Proven experience managing relationships with enterprise or mid-market customers
• Excellent executive communication and presentation abilities
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple accounts and priorities at once
• Familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, Zendesk, or comparable tools
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and relationship-building capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
• SAP Business One Certification – Sales is required
• Willingness to travel up to 15%
