• Take ownership of and implement win/win negotiation tactics for a substantial number of renewals that enhance contract value while safeguarding and building customer trust.
• Drive account growth by being an integral part of the account team, assisting in identifying additional opportunities at the time of contract renewal.
• Continuously maintain and update a rolling forecast for your territory, communicating any renewal risks to internal stakeholders to devise resolution strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Account Executives, Customer Success, Pricing, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Product Management to formulate strategies for upcoming renewals.
• Tackle diverse challenges where data analysis requires assessment of identifiable factors.
• Adhere to and promote best practices for all internal processes, including Opportunity Management, Data Quality & Accuracy, CRM Hygiene, Quotes, and Forecasting.
• Meet financial and strategic revenue, bookings, and billings objectives.
• Review your portfolio to prioritize time effectively in order to achieve the most favorable outcomes.
• Utilize customer data and behavior insights to evaluate the health of each renewal.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account Management, and/or Customer Success within SaaS solutions.
• Proven track record in quota-carrying roles with a history of achieving key performance indicators.
• Familiarity with deal negotiation processes and a successful history in this area.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong negotiation skills with a capability to drive contracts to timely completion.
• Experience in facilitating organizational adoption and acting as a change agent for the customer.
• Ability to showcase a strategic approach that enables impactful value discussions with customers at the executive level.
• Capacity to respond and adapt to swiftly changing priorities.
• High level of urgency, organizational skills, and prioritization abilities.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
