• Creation of opportunities and management of pipeline for key existing clients
• Formulation and implementation of a territory plan
• Oversight of opportunities and the sales process
• Development of relationships with technical and executive-level contacts in Fortune 500 companies
• Finalization of expansion and renewal contracts for current customers
• Forecasting revenue
• Achievement of quota for assigned territory
• Keeping customer, pipeline, and deal information updated in HubSpot
• Collaborating with the VP of Sales on territory strategy and approach
• Partnering with the Customer Success team to promote customer adaptation and expansion opportunities
• At least 5 years of experience in software sales
• Demonstrated ability to manage intricate sales cycles
• Proven history of consistently achieving targets
• Experienced in opportunity management for selling disruptive and transformative software
• Successful background in fostering relationships at the executive level (VP and C-suite)
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with HubSpot is an advantage
• Background in selling DevOps and/or open-source products is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
