This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take direct responsibility for managing over 10 essential mid-market accounts.
• Set and manage client expectations while conducting regular meetings (weekly or bi-weekly) with clients.
• Evaluate critical metrics from online marketing campaigns and deliver key insights and findings to clients.
• Supervise client performance by collaborating with data analysts to optimize paid marketing campaigns.
• Create client reports and quarterly business reviews to ensure alignment between Quartile's value and client expectations.
• Act as a strategic partner for clients, serving as a subject matter expert in digital marketing, e-commerce, and retail.
• Leverage data to uncover exciting new opportunities for technological enhancements, sharing them with our Product and Technology teams.
• Become a Quartile product expert by participating in product training and roadmap discussions.
• Assess opportunities to enhance Quartile’s partnerships with clients (including new channel expansions, budget increases, testing opportunities, case studies, etc.).
• Collaborate with the Implementation team to devise a comprehensive departmental strategy and facilitate the onboarding of new clients.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role with small to medium-sized businesses.
• A solid history of utilizing data to inform strategic decisions; inherently analytical.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, vlookups, pivot tables, etc.) and analytics platforms.
• Skilled presenter with the ability to engage an audience and use data effectively to narrate a story.
• Problem-solving skills with a positive attitude when addressing challenges and devising solutions.
• Proven ability to communicate assertively during challenging customer conversations to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory—must be fluent in both speaking and writing.
