Customer Solutions Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Engage with healthcare provider (HCP) offices within the designated territory to promote AbbVie’s in-office portals.

• Provide electronic solutions aimed at enhancing the patient prescription experience.

• Assess and identify areas causing delays and interruptions in the patient prescription process.

• Build and nurture relationships with HCP offices utilizing the portal/solution.

• Interact with AbbVie field teams in a compliant manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with medications that require prior authorization.

• A solid understanding of drug acquisition and dispensing processes within the immunology specialty biologics sector.

• Exceptional skills in territory and account management.

• Previous experience in healthcare sales or working within a healthcare environment is preferred.

• A valid driver’s license and the ability to qualify for and maintain a fleet vehicle.

• Proven capability to collaborate effectively across functions.

• Familiarity with regulations and compliance requirements related to the prescribing of pharmaceuticals.

• Strong computer skills are essential, including proficiency with Windows and internet browsers.
