Customer Solutions Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Comprehend the HCP office workflow and provide electronic solutions (e.g., portals) that enhance the patient Rx experience.

• Possess in-depth knowledge of AbbVie’s HCP-oriented portals and other electronic solutions, acting as a subject matter expert.

• Collaborate with AbbVie field teams to implement and present solutions to HCPs within the designated territory.

• In partnership with an HCP office, assess and identify areas of delay and disruption in the patient Rx experience to establish if an AbbVie digital solution could be beneficial.

• Cultivate relationships with HCP offices utilizing a portal/solution and provide consistent updates on new functionalities that align with patient requirements.

• Ensure compliant communication with AbbVie field teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or relevant equivalent industry experience is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with drugs necessitating prior authorization and the utilization of specialty pharmacies for prescription fulfillment.

• Strong comprehension of drug acquisition and dispensing within the immunology specialty biologics sector (Buy and Bill, Specialty Pharmacies, Specialty Distributors, etc.).

• Exceptional territory and account management capabilities.

• Previous experience in healthcare sales or working within a healthcare environment is preferred.

• A valid driver’s license and the ability to qualify for and maintain a fleet vehicle.

• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, aligning interests to achieve results.

• Understanding of regulations and compliance requirements that impact the prescribing of pharmaceuticals.

• Proven capability to identify patient needs indirectly through discussions and inquiries with healthcare providers.

• Demonstrated ability to map and comprehend internal processes.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to influence others, including internal colleagues, through expertise.

• High level of computer proficiency required, including familiarity with Windows and internet browsers.
