Customer Solutions Engineer, AI Agents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical discovery process and blueprinting for new customer activations

• Align customer business systems with the 1mind AI framework

• Develop and execute data flows between 1mind agents and client technology stacks, which include CRMs, MAPs, APIs, and proprietary databases

• Set up visualizations, logic gates, and response triggers for AI Superhumans

• Assist customer stakeholders throughout the activation process and convert technical challenges into practical solutions

• Evaluate agent behaviors before and after deployment to guarantee optimal performance and reliability

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to champion features and platform improvements based on challenges encountered during customer activation

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing position within a SaaS environment, such as Solutions Architect, Implementation Engineer, or Technical Account Manager

• Demonstrated experience in integrating systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware

• Proficiency in mapping intricate business processes with tools like LucidChart, Miro, or Visio

• Experience in managing high-stakes projects for enterprise-level stakeholders during onboarding or activation phases

• Capability to design systems and address issues with broken logic

• Skill in tailoring communication from highly technical dialogues with developers to value-oriented discussions with executive stakeholders

• Familiarity with LLM prompt engineering, vector databases, or NLP concepts is advantageous

• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or SQL is a plus

• Background in Customer Experience or Digital Transformation sectors is preferred

• Proficient in using Asana, Jira, or Monday.com is preferred
