• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Zuora’s platform, products, and the complete quote-to-cash lifecycle through comprehensive onboarding and sales training.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to manage the technical relationship with prospects and customers, gaining insights into their objectives, limitations, and success metrics.
• Conduct impactful product demonstrations and presentations for executives, showcasing how Zuora facilitates business growth and digital transformation.
• Create and deliver tailored use-case demonstrations specific to each customer's industry and goals.
• Set Zuora’s solutions apart by effectively addressing technical objections, alleviating risks, and achieving the technical win.
• Work alongside Product Management to shape the product roadmap using customer feedback and emerging market demands.
• Promote customer adoption and realization of value, ensuring that clients achieve quantifiable outcomes from their investments.
• Assist in the development and implementation of account plans and KPIs, identifying chances to broaden Zuora’s market presence.
• Collaborate across functions with internal teams and external partners to craft innovative solutions and provide seamless customer experiences.
• Represent Zuora at industry events, field demonstrations, and webinars as a technical expert.
• Address RFPs/RFIs, handle escalations, and contribute to post-sales success in conjunction with Customer Support and Account Executives.
• Travel as required within your designated territory.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, or Solution Architecture within a SaaS business application environment (ERP, CRM, EPM, etc.).
• A strong enthusiasm for learning and mastering the Subscription Economy and quote-to-cash processes.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and executive audiences.
• Solid understanding of value-based selling and SaaS/cloud business models.
• Familiarity with subscription and recurring revenue models.
• Experience with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Value Selling.
• Proficient knowledge of API development and coding languages (e.g., Java, PHP, Ruby).
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in FinTech or enterprise software.
