This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide an outstanding customer experience through various communication methods including phone, email, and chat.
• Support customers with inquiries regarding product details, placing orders, managing orders, handling returns, warranties, and general questions.
• Oversee both inbound and outbound customer interactions in a courteous and timely manner.
• Keep precise records of customer data, orders, returns, and warranties through data entry and documentation.
• Investigate and address customer issues, order complications, shipping inquiries, and product-related queries.
• Work in partnership with internal teams to guarantee the prompt and accurate resolution of customer requirements.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment when addressing customer queries.
• Efficiently manage workload, juggle multiple tasks, and adjust to evolving business demands.
• Engage in continuous training and development to keep up-to-date with product, process, and system knowledge.
• Uphold professionalism and confidentiality in all communications with customers and the company.
• Show reliability, accountability, and consistent attendance.
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, or a similar field is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work independently, effectively manage time, and maintain productivity in a remote setting.
• Ability to sustain a professional work environment and safeguard confidential customer and company information.
• Must be reliable, dependable, and actively engaged during scheduled working hours.
• Strong organizational skills, along with problem-solving and attention-to-detail capabilities.
• Proficient computer skills with the capacity to learn and navigate various systems and applications.
• Stable high-speed internet connection that supports phone, video, and business applications.
• Dedicated workspace that is free from excessive noise and distractions during scheduled work hours.
• Willingness to attend virtual meetings, training sessions, and team collaboration activities as necessary.
• Must possess 20/20 vision or corrective measures to achieve 20/20 vision.
• Ability to remain seated for the entire duration of the shift.
