This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Deliver real-time operational assistance
• Facilitate coaching sessions
• Organize and lead meetings (DB, TM, TB, ...)
• Oversee and promote individual and team skill enhancement
• Track performance metrics (CSAT, productivity, autonomy, ...)
• Handle team HR responsibilities (administrative duties and career growth)
• Offer emotional support to team members
• Establish and evaluate individual and team goals
• Communicate and unite the team around objectives and strategy
• Ensure effective communication both upward and downward (promote dialogue and act as a bridge between various company levels)
• Foster team cohesion and integration (onboarding, team solidarity, etc.)
• Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience, preferably within a Customer Service team and overseeing remote employees
• Strong background in team development and performance management
• Capable of leading a team with managerial courage and emotional intelligence
• Analytical with a focus on data
• Proficient with IT tools (experience with Notion and/or Genesys is advantageous)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Communicates confidently, able to take a stand and make decisions while maintaining diplomacy
• Adaptable and resilient in response to change
